All of our Nannies are personally interviewed by us, the proprietors. A individual with special training in early childhood development and has experience caring for children on a daily basis, whether part time or full time.
The individual is employed to assist a parent with household duties and keeping children entertained while the parent is around. Because of close proximity of the parent, this person is not typically considered "in charge" but more a parental assistant.
